Luke Dashjr said he will temporarily step down as OCEAN chairman and chief technology officer, shifting his focus to Bitcoin and open-source projects that support the network. The move comes after OCEAN restored its stratum (mining server connection protocol) default endpoint on Aug. 9 to a non-BIP-110 chain, meaning miners' hash power is no longer directed by default to the BIP-110 chain. Dashjr has been a core supporter of BIP-110.
