Cogitate said it has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies for a second straight year, with its software-category ranking improving to 156th from 250th in 2025. The company linked the recognition to expansion across the property and casualty insurance market through its DigitalEdge Insurance Platform and embedded AI capabilities, including growth in Farm Mutual, FAIR Plans (state-backed insurers of last resort), specialty insurers and MGAs (managing general agents), along with deeper relationships with existing customers. It also said CAIRA, its embedded AI orchestration platform, is spreading across the policy and claims lifecycle, helping handle submission intake, property inspection report review, first notice of loss (FNOL) and attorney demand identification. Arvind Kaushal, CEO and Co-founder of Cogitate, said the result showed customers were embracing intelligent core insurance technology that can be delivered quickly without sacrificing depth. Inc. said the 2026 list ranks companies by percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025; among the 5,000 honorees, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and the group added more than 627,208 U.S. jobs over the past three years.
