Justin Sun said he is in contact with Binance after the exchange announced deposit and withdrawal restrictions involving 11 exchanges and platforms, including HTX, formerly Huobi. Sun, an adviser to HTX and founder of Tron (TRX), said the measure applies only to Binance users in the UK and EU. He added that HTX does not operate in the UK or EU and said negotiations with regulators in both jurisdictions are already under way. Sun also said HTX would work to address the issue if any users are affected.
