AKE, which rose 52 times over the past month, is suspected of being tied to the same market maker previously accused of manipulating SIREN, according to on-chain monitor EmberCN. The entity is described as having participated in trading around at least SIREN, AKE, XPIN and BTR, with each showing price runs of more than 10 times under concentrated control. EmberCN said AKE was sold down about 60% in early July, then climbed 52-fold over the following month after a large withdrawal of bullish capital. Addresses previously used in the alleged SIREN operation were also used in XPIN transfers to Binance Alpha on Sunday, the post said.
