The company also said it was the first to have its rating process reviewed and accepted by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD more than 35 years ago, and that it has been registered with the SEC (U.S. securities regulator) as a nationally recognized statistical rating organization, or NRSRO, for insurance company ratings since July 11, 2022.
