Tria adds Robinhood Chain support for self-custody, cross-chain transfers and card top-ups

Tria said it has added support for Robinhood Chain, allowing users to hold supported assets from the network in self-custody, move them across blockchains through BestPath routing, and use supported assets to top up the Tria Card. The move links Robinhood Chain, an Ethereum Layer 2 built on the Arbitrum platform for real-world assets, to Tria’s cross-chain and payments infrastructure. Robinhood launched the public mainnet on July 1, and the network later averaged $29.7 million in daily decentralized-exchange volume for tokenized equities over a seven-day period in late July, above the combined volume of Solana-based xStocks and Backpack Sunrise in the same window. Tria said BestPath removes the need for users to manually choose bridges, routes or separate gas tokens, while the card can be used in more than 150 countries and offers up to 6% cashback on eligible purchases. Co-founder Vijit Katta said the integration is meant to make tokenized assets more portable and easier to use in everyday finance without requiring users to borrow against holdings or give up control of their wallets.
