President Donald Trump on Wednesday called on Congress to pass legislation that could lend greater legitimacy to the fast-growing cryptocurrency industry. He made the appeal while surrounded by executives from Coinbase, Ripple and other leading cryptocurrency companies. The industry also includes the Trump family business.
