Anthropic plans to bring Citigroup into the lead underwriting group for its initial public offering (IPO), people familiar with the matter said. If completed, Citigroup would join Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan in core underwriting roles. Anthropic could file its listing application with regulators as early as the end of this month.
