Trifork Group AG acquired 22,500 shares between Aug. 17 and Aug. 21, 2026, under its share buyback program, lifting accumulated purchases to 406,531 shares, or 2.1% of share capital. The program, launched on Feb. 27 and running from March 2 through no later than Dec. 31, 2026, permits purchases of up to DKK 75 million, approximately EUR 10 million. Trifork Group owns 674,666 treasury shares in total, equal to 3.4% of share capital.
