TWG Global, the holding company of Dodgers owner Mark Walter, rejected allegations of financial impropriety involving the purchase and operation of the team and said the Dodgers are not for sale. The statement came as insurance regulators and federal investigators examine whether insurance companies under Walter's umbrella properly disclosed and conducted transactions with other companies he controls. TWG said no policyholder was harmed, cited a 2012 outside-law-firm investigation that found no irregularities, and said the Dodgers' player obligations remain covered by its revenue. The company also said it is cooperating with the Delaware Department of Insurance, the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
