Meta agreed to limit teen use of Instagram and Facebook to two hours per day. The measures require pauses after 15, 60 and 90 minutes, block notifications during school hours and disable feeds from midnight to 6 a.m. The changes form part of a $16.68 billion settlement with 29 states.
