XRP Ledger activity is showing a sharply mixed pattern, with transactions per ledger rising 187.9% to 189.29 even as several broader network measures weakened. Payments increased 19.3% to roughly 568,100, while successful transactions fell 16.3% to 914,100 and total transactions declined 26.4% to 994,000. Closed ledgers dropped 74.4% to 5,300, mechanically lifting the average number of transactions recorded per ledger. Active accounts fell 64.5% to 4,800 and newly created accounts dropped 77.7% to 463, but active users rose 157% to about 478,300. Payment volume plunged 82.2% to roughly 70.8 million XRP, suggesting more payments at a much lower average value. Transaction fees fell 67.5% to 92.2 XRP, with those fees burned. XRP was trading at $1.41 after breaking out from about $1.00, remaining above its long-term moving average near $1.35 despite retreating from a recent $1.70 peak. The RSI (relative strength index, a momentum gauge) cooled to about 68 after briefly reaching extremely overbought levels. Holding the $1.35-$1.40 region could preserve the structural breakout and leave another test of $1.50-$1.70 possible.
