Strategy acquired 4,603 BTC for approximately $370 million between Aug. 24 and Aug. 30, bringing its Bitcoin holdings to 845,050 BTC. The company paid an average of $80,318 per Bitcoin in the latest purchase, compared with a cumulative average cost of $75,412, and has spent $63.73 billion on its holdings. The acquisition was financed through an MSTR at-the-market offering (share sales made directly into the market). The company ended the week with $5.1 billion in USD Reserve and $1.6 billion in USD Cash, while repurchase capacity remained under both its preferred-stock and MSTR programs. The story is developing.
