Beijing Kling has signed agreements allowing the National Artificial Intelligence Fund and Charoen Pokphand Robot Limited to join its capital increase as additional investors. The fund will contribute RMB1.4 billion in cash, while Charoen Pokphand Robot will invest about $19.29 million, equivalent to approximately RMB131.45 million. The investments correspond to registered capital of RMB1,097,518 and RMB103,047, representing about 1.14% and 0.11%, respectively, of Beijing Kling’s enlarged registered capital assuming the subscription limit and the subsidiary share participation plan’s authorized limit are fully used. The investors also entered shareholder-agreement joinder arrangements and were each granted repurchase rights.
