Edelson Lechtzin LLP is investigating potential data privacy claims linked to a breach at Boston-based AI software company Indico Data Solutions. Indico determined on May 7, 2026, that an unauthorized party may have accessed online repositories containing corporate customer information, including Social Security numbers, names, addresses, dates of birth, and medical and health information. The exposed records largely concern employees and policyholders of companies using Indico’s insurance-industry automation platform. Indico began notifying affected consumers on July 16, 2026, and reported the incident to the California, Nebraska, and Texas Attorneys General. The company has not disclosed the nationwide total, while at least 2,128 Texas residents are known to have been affected.
