JPMorgan analyst Harlan Sur said the company had stronger visibility into the following year and was comfortable with the 70% year-over-year framework. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said growth could exceed 100% without memory-chip shortages. Wall Street remains cautious, with Yahoo Finance’s average fiscal 2028 estimate at 63%. The outlook followed a fiscal second-quarter beat, with adjusted earnings per share of $2.22 on $96.2 billion in revenue, compared with expectations of $2.09 and $92.3 billion. Data Center revenue, including Hyperscalers and AI Clouds, Industrial, and Enterprise (ACIE), reached $89 billion against an $85.8 billion forecast. Edge Computing revenue was $7.2 billion versus expectations of $6.6 billion. Nvidia forecast fiscal third-quarter revenue of $105.8 billion to $110.1 billion, above Wall Street’s $105.1 billion estimate, which would mark its first quarter above $100 billion in revenue. Analysts and investors described the report as difficult to fault, although the Street’s average long-term forecast remains below Nvidia’s guidance.
