Harmony has reconciled on-chain deposits, withdrawals and cross-platform fund flows with Binance, Gate, KuCoin, MEXC, OKX and Binance.US following the Aug. 11 incident. The network matched 295 cross-exchange transfers totaling about 3.493 billion ONE and adjusted for circular transfers and returned funds, reducing the provisional calculated shortfall from about 10.234 billion ONE to 6.581 billion ONE. Harmony said the reduction reflects a change in reconciliation methodology rather than newly recovered funds. It is prioritizing coordination with the exchanges to restore ONE deposits, withdrawals and trading, with each platform to announce its own restart timing. Binance's figures remain a provisional upper-bound estimate, while some Gate and OKX data still require final verification.
