LAPTOP, a meme coin described as tied to Biden's son, has a total supply of 1 billion tokens, with 350 million, or 35%, unlocked at its token generation event (TGE). The allocation includes 10% each for a first-day community airdrop, future airdrops and liquidity, plus 5% for the Phoenix Veritas Foundation treasury. Of the 100 million tokens reserved for the first-day airdrop (free token distribution), 20 million are intended for TRUMP trading-loss users through partner platforms, while 80 million are earmarked for users who subscribed to Hunter Biden's "Where's Hunter" Substack before Sept. 6. Claims must be made within 30 days, after which unclaimed tokens will be permanently destroyed. The foundation will decide how to distribute the 100 million future-airdrop tokens. Another 100 million tokens will support exchanges, market makers and decentralized-exchange liquidity pools. Phoenix Veritas Foundation has signed token-borrowing agreements for market making with G20 and GSR covering 20.5 million LAPTOP, or 2.05% of total supply; those tokens are included in the liquidity allocation and do not represent additional issuance.
