Adobe is scheduled to report third-quarter results Thursday after market close, with analysts expecting revenue of $6.69 billion and earnings per share of $6.09. Those forecasts represent increases from $5.99 billion and $5.31, respectively, in the year-earlier quarter. Adobe has exceeded revenue and EPS estimates in six consecutive quarters and in nine of the past 10 quarters. The report comes as the stock has fallen 23.3% year-to-date in 2026 and 70% from its March 2024 three-year high. Freedom Capital Markets Chief Market Strategist Jay Woods said Adobe needs to address investor concerns over artificial intelligence, leadership turnover and future growth. Adobe recently named Anil Chakravarthy as CEO effective Dec. 1, following the departures of its CEO and CFO within six months. Investors will focus on remaining performance obligations, AI-driven demand and whether the company can deliver both an earnings beat and higher guidance.
