Joby Aviation stock rose 1.98% to $6.43 on Friday after the company filed a prospectus supplement covering the potential resale of 2,419,801 common shares held by Strata Critical Inc. The shares were issued after acquired Blade Air Mobility operations met specific EBITDA milestones under the transaction agreement. Joby will receive no proceeds from any resale, and the registered shares equal about 0.24% of its roughly 996.3 million outstanding common shares. Separately, Joby launched a month-long, 10-state coast-to-coast tour for its autonomous J208 aircraft, which appeared in Fort Worth at the launch of a White House-supported eVTOL and advanced air mobility pilot program.
