XRP has fallen about 20% in three weeks, from $1.70 to $1.35, bringing the token to a support zone that crypto analyst Ali Martinez considers critical for short-term trading. Martinez attributed part of the decline to profit-taking by large investors, saying whales (large crypto holders) sold or distributed about 90 million XRP to different addresses over the past week. Network participation also weakened, with daily active addresses (unique addresses conducting activity each day) dropping 90.18%, from 388,492 to 38,163. The $1.35 area has previously seen about 2.29 billion XRP change hands, adding to its technical importance. Martinez says a sustained hold above $1.35 followed by a move back over $1.38 could open a recovery toward $1.60 and then $1.68. He identifies $1.35 as the key short-term level to monitor. This is not investment advice.
