DS Navcours, which is pursuing a KOSDAQ listing, expects next-generation defense products to drive sales of 115.4 billion Korean won and operating profit of 22.2 billion won by 2028. The company plans to begin full-scale mass production after 2027, with its seeker scheduled for production in 2028 for the Korean long-range artillery interception system, while its jamming devices will support a small unmanned aerial vehicle response system. Established in 2012 as Nepcoreus and acquired by Deoksan Hi-Metal in March 2021, DS Navcours supplies navigation and anti-jamming equipment and is expanding into space through the Nuri launch program and the Korean Positioning System project. The proposed listing is drawing attention as the first exception after financial authorities announced the Overlapping Listing Guidelines in July. The company plans to offer 3 million shares at 12,400–14,600 Korean won each, with general subscription scheduled for the 16th–17th and Daishin Securities as lead underwriter.
