U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis urged her colleagues to complete passage of the Clarity Act, saying lawmakers must choose between supporting U.S. leadership, genuine consumer protection and stronger law-enforcement tools against illicit finance, or pushing the digital-asset industry overseas. In a post reported by PANews on Sept. 14, Lummis said the decision would come the next day and that an opportunity of this importance would not return for years.
