Satsuma Technology PLC plans to postpone its September 14, 2026 delisting from the London Stock Exchange until after its annual general meeting, which will follow publication of its report and accounts for the year ended February 28, 2026. The company is seeking an alternative listing venue for its ordinary shares, which will remain suspended from trading on the Official List. The change does not affect a capital repayment approved by the court on September 8, 2026. Eligible shareholders are expected to receive payments on or before September 28, 2026, by check, bank-account credit or CREST-account credit. Satsuma has issued 11,235,874,700 B shares of £0.002734 each, supporting a total distribution of £30,718,881.43, or £0.002734 per B share. The company sold all its Bitcoin holdings for £31,912,395 and held £35,324,953 in cash at the time of the announcement. Revised transaction costs are £2,600,000, including £2,000,000 for working capital and termination costs. The move follows shareholder requests reported by Bloomberg in April 2026, including a request involving Pantera Capital Management to sell Satsuma’s remaining Bitcoin, then valued at about $50 million, and return capital. Satsuma had raised £164 million in August 2025 through a convertible loan note for a Bitcoin treasury strategy, with approximately $125 million settled in 1,097.29 BTC.
