LITFINCON Europe will take place at Rosewood Amsterdam on October 7–8, 2026, marking the first European edition of the global litigation finance conference series. Organized by Siltstone Capital, an alternative investment firm with a legal finance strategy, the event will bring together senior representatives from litigation funders, law firms, insurers, corporate legal departments and institutional investors. VIP programming starts on October 6 with a dinner and Amsterdam canal cruise. The 11-panel agenda will examine European collective-action pricing, arbitration award enforcement, the Unified Patent Court, artificial intelligence and technology in litigation, and insurance structures for legal assets. Attendance remains open but limited, with a preferred Rosewood Amsterdam room rate available for October 6–8 while the room block lasts. LITFINCON USA is scheduled to return in February 2027.
