Investors who purchased Datavault AI Inc. securities between September 4, 2024, and October 30, 2025, inclusive, have until October 5, 2026, to ask the court to appoint them lead plaintiff in an already-filed class action. The lawsuit alleges that the company overstated the value of corporate partnerships with Burke, Scilex and Nature’s Miracle, overstated trading activity on the Datavault Platform, and failed to disclose connections with Edward Withrow III, a convicted felon. Rosen Law Firm says eligible investors may participate through a contingency-fee arrangement without upfront fees or costs, although no class has been certified and investors may choose counsel, remain absent class members or take no action.
