CoreWeave Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWV) established an at-the-market offering program that could enable sales of up to 35 million Class A shares through a group of financial institutions. The company said it is not required to sell shares, with the timing and size of any transactions dependent on market conditions, capital-structure objectives and other restrictions. The program is intended to provide financing flexibility and help move CoreWeave's enterprise credit profile toward investment grade. Separately, CoreWeave said short-term contracts signed during the third quarter priced new compute capacity at approximately $40 million per megawatt on an annualized basis. The company added more than $25 billion in net new customer commitments early in the third quarter, while contracted power rose to about 4.2 gigawatts on Aug. 11 from roughly 3.7 gigawatts on June 30. Shares fell 2.22% to $81.50 in Thursday's premarket trading, despite gains in major technology-stock futures. Technical indicators remained mixed, with the stock below its 20-day, 50-day, 100-day and 200-day simple moving averages, although its 20-day average remained above the 50-day average. Analysts held a Buy consensus rating with an average price forecast of $145.44, while Benzinga Edge assigned the stock a Momentum score of 8.96.
