LG Electronics shares rose nearly 4% on the KOSPI after the company said Nvidia approved its 2.5-megawatt coolant distribution unit (CDU) as a DSX-Ready product. The certification indicates that the device meets Nvidia’s AI factory platform requirements. LG said the large-capacity CDU is designed to manage heat in AI data centers, where improving accelerator performance is increasing power density per server rack. The company had already secured approval for 600-kilowatt and 1-megawatt CDU models in July and September, respectively.
