Gaming Compliance International has appointed Tim Miller as a strategic adviser to support regulatory policy, product development and international expansion. Miller recently founded UK-based GamReg Consulting after 10 years at the UK Gambling Commission, where he most recently served as executive director for policy and research. He will work with GCI director general Matt Holt and the company’s team to provide independent regulatory perspective on transaction-monitoring and market-monitoring products and services. GCI, founded in 2025, provides gambling regulators with market intelligence and transaction-monitoring platforms. During the 2026 World Cup, it supplied market-monitoring analysis to regulators and identified more than 2,000 operators in one U.S. state, most of which were unlicensed. Holt and Miller will also speak at Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas on Sept. 30.
