Jumper will hold its JUMP token sale on Legion from Sep. 29 at 13:00 UTC to Oct. 2 at 13:00 UTC. Eligible participants can review the terms, submit pledges and request allocations, but a pledge does not guarantee a purchase or allocation. The sale excludes people in the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Russia, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba and sanctioned regions of Ukraine. In the European Union, access is limited to fewer than 150 eligible people in each member state. Jumper describes the offering as its first independent fundraising effort and says the project has no company equity. Allocation decisions will reflect eligibility, sale terms, demand and Legion’s process, with individual allotments potentially adjusted if requests substantially exceed supply. Jumper says its app has processed more than $41 billion in lifetime bridging and swapping volume and has over 100,000 monthly active users. It is developing Earn, Advanced, real-world asset products and perpetual futures, including tokenized stocks and planned incentives with Ondo, although the announcement does not link access to those products to receiving JUMP tokens.
