Artmarket.com said its 120-page financial report for the six months ended June 30, 2026, had been made public and filed with the AMF (French financial markets regulator). Revenue reached €4.262 million, the second-highest first-half result since 1997, behind the €4.307 million record set a year earlier. Net income was a €259,000 loss, compared with €84,000 of net income at June 30, 2024, reflecting global marketing campaigns for Artprice News whose launch expenses were not spread across multiple reporting periods. The company said it had completed the transition to French statutory accounts, dissolved LSJE (Le Serveur Judiciaire Européen) through a TUP (transfer of all assets and liabilities), and voluntarily ceased Artprice Inc., ending its use of IFRS accounting standards. Artmarket.com reported €30.826 million in equity and said it was redirecting resources toward its proprietary AI systems, Intuitive Artmarket and Blind Spot. The company says its data holdings, art-market databases and physical archive can support substantial expansion in data volume and premium AI services, while acknowledging a slight adjustment to its public deployment timetable.
