Luke Dashjr said he will temporarily step down from his roles as OCEAN chairman and chief technology officer, shifting his focus to Bitcoin and open-source projects that support the network. The move comes after OCEAN's default stratum endpoint (mining server connection point) returned on Aug. 9 to a non-BIP-110 chain, meaning miners' hash power is no longer directed by default to the BIP-110 chain. Dashjr is described as a core supporter of BIP-110.
