Manus has finished developing Manus 2.0, its first major release since regaining independence, but the team has not launched it yet and plans to wait until its acquisition deal with Meta is fully concluded, according to LatePost. The product remains on version 1.6 for now. Despite months of deal-related uncertainty, the company has kept its team together, with no departures during the period. Manus now has more than 150 employees, and founder Xiao Hong told staff and investors on the night the company announced its renewed independence, "This is my third trip." The team now sees Manus as a startup beginning again, starting from a workforce of more than 150 and a product with annual recurring revenue, or ARR (yearly subscription revenue), of more than $300 million.
