MemeToro said it has published the architecture and launch manifest specification for its planned AI memecoin launchpad, outlining how external signals are collected, checked and turned into structured token proposals before any future funding or deployment. The Singapore-based Aug. 12, 2026 announcement said the current development build now runs end to end in a dry-run environment, with more than 1,100 lines of code added during the latest development week and released publicly under an MIT license. A core part of the system is a launch manifest, which records the data behind each proposed launch rather than leaving an AI-generated token idea as a standalone output. The agent gathers news and X signals, keeps supporting evidence links, applies risk checks during collection, and then produces a fuller draft proposal in a standardized format. MemeToro also said its validation layer rejects unverified evidence and insider allocations, framing those controls as an early technical basis for a planned fair-launch model rather than a guarantee against the market risks of memecoins. The broader architecture is being developed toward fixed-rate funding rounds that are expected to support BNB, selected stablecoins and $MT, alongside wallet limits, predefined funding thresholds, automated token deployment, liquidity creation and distribution on BNB Chain. The company said those later-stage execution components remain under development, with further work planned on smart contracts (self-executing blockchain code), security testing, testnet deployment, mainnet preparation and ERC-8004 integration.
