Pomerantz LLP said a class action lawsuit has been filed against EquipmentShare.com Inc., alleging potential securities fraud and other unlawful business practices tied to the company and certain of its officers and directors. The case follows EquipmentShare’s January 23, 2026 IPO, in which it sold 35,075,000 common shares at $24.50 each, and a June 24 short report from Umibōzu Research that accused the company of undisclosed related-party transactions benefiting entities affiliated with founders Jabbok and Willy Schlacks. EquipmentShare shares fell $4.19, or 17.55%, over the next two trading sessions to close at $19.69 on June 25, 2026. Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired EquipmentShare securities during the class period have until September 21, 2026 to ask the court to appoint them lead plaintiff.
