Eunseong FA, a subsidiary of South Korea's KOSDAQ-listed KNS, said on the 20th it secured an order to produce automation equipment for busduct manufacturing aimed at U.S. AI data centers. Busducts are high-capacity power distribution systems that reliably deliver electricity to data centers, where thousands of GPU servers operate simultaneously. The equipment automates machining processes previously dependent on manual labor, improving production efficiency, precision and quality stability. Products manufactured using the equipment will be deployed across data centers operated by global hyperscalers including Google, Amazon, Meta and OpenAI. MarketsandMarkets projects the global data center busduct market will grow from approximately $5.3 billion, or about 7.4 trillion won, last year to approximately $9.6 billion, or about 13.4 trillion won, by 2032. Eunseong FA and KNS develop and supply high-difficulty unmanned automation equipment for advanced industries. Eunseong FA recorded approximately 13.2 billion won, or approximately $9.5 million, in new orders through June this year and was recently selected as a Tier 1 supplier to a global mobility company. The company plans to use the order to expand in the global AI data center infrastructure market and said faster AI data center construction in regions such as Europe could create additional orders of a similar scale.
