Luxembourg’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate remained at 6.3% in July 2026, unchanged from June but above the 5.9% recorded in July 2025. The number of unemployed people fell by 166 month-on-month to 20,399. Total employment rose by 447 to 304,555, while the active labor force among Luxembourg nationals increased by 281 to 324,954. Resident job seekers increased by 966 to 532,403. Outgoing resident workers rose by 27 to 15,347, and incoming cross-border workers increased by 518 to 235,774.
