Bitcoin trader Killa said the market has formed a bottom after the price reclaimed the short-term holder cost line, a level representing the average acquisition cost of recent buyers. Killa previously said that when Bitcoin was at $65,000, reclaiming $67,400, trading in the mid-$75,000 range and holding above that cost line would confirm a bottom. Before considering a move to $90,000, however, the price must first break through the $80,000 to $83,000 range.
