BitMart reverses shutdown plan and explores restructuring with White & Case

BitMart has reversed an initial plan to completely shut down and is exploring restructuring options with help from legal advisers White & Case. The exchange plans to provide more details by September 9 and has not yet filed for bankruptcy.
