Fort Technology Inc., Nexera Technologies Ltd’s majority-owned subsidiary, completed its acquisition of 50.1% of Logia USA Inc., which sells fuel integrity solutions for data centers and other mission-critical facilities in the United States. Fort provided Logia USA with an unsecured $2.0 million credit facility bearing 6% annual interest, with funding available in tranches linked to operational and sales milestones. Fort acquired its stake by issuing 132,603 new common shares valued at approximately $125,000. Logia USA’s founder retains 49.9%. The transaction remains subject to an equity rebalancing mechanism that could reduce Fort’s ownership if specified sales and profitability thresholds are reached. The deal is intended to help commercialize Logia Israel Ltd’s automated fuel-monitoring and filtration systems in the U.S. data center market, which Fortune Business Insights projects will grow from approximately $300 billion in 2026 to about $700 billion by 2034.
