FinTax, a provider of cryptocurrency finance, tax solutions and AI infrastructure, has completed a seed round led by YZi Labs through EASY Residency S4, giving the company a post-investment valuation of $40 million. Amber, Hash House, Pundi AI, Waverider International and Nexus Holdings also participated, while earlier investors included Victory Courage, BGIN, Tools Factory and individual investor Fan Chao. Building on FinTax's capabilities in on-chain data processing, crypto accounting, cross-jurisdiction tax practice and crypto-asset financial audits, the company and YZi Labs plan to explore long-term cooperation around institutional-grade finance and tax infrastructure, compliance standards, stablecoins, RWA (real-world assets) and payments. FinTax plans to scale its five product lines, expand from Asia-Pacific and North America into Europe and the Middle East, and deepen the use of AI in complex finance and tax applications. It also plans to continue advancing blockchain and legal systems across dozens of jurisdictions so on-chain economic activity can connect with real-world financial and tax systems.
