Three communication services stocks are showing relative strength index (RSI), a momentum gauge, readings near or below the 30 level commonly associated with oversold conditions, according to Benzinga Pro. GameSquare Holdings reported better-than-expected second-quarter sales on Aug. 10 and affirmed FY26 sales guidance above estimates, but its shares fell 6% to $3.43 on Wednesday; its RSI was 21.1 and its Momentum score was 0.10. LQR House posted second-quarter earnings of $12.54 per share on Aug. 19, compared with a year-ago loss of $110.18 per share, while its shares closed at $1.66 and its RSI stood at 26. Haoxi Health Technology announced a 1-for-20 reverse share split on Aug. 12. Its shares gained 2.6% to $3.58 on Wednesday, but its RSI was 20.5. Oversold readings can attract traders looking for potential short-term rebounds, although RSI alone does not establish that a stock is undervalued or guarantee a recovery.
