XRP Ledger activity has returned to levels that appeared difficult to reach weeks ago, with about 500,300 active users, up 187.1% over the measurement period. The increase was driven mainly by heavier network use rather than a broad expansion in accounts: newly created accounts fell 34.6% to 1,400, and active accounts declined 26.9% to about 10,100. Successful transactions rose 48.4% to roughly 1.5 million, total transactions increased 36% to 1.7 million, and payments climbed 53.5% to 705,100. Transactions per ledger jumped 131.2% to 140.26, even as closed ledgers fell 41.2% to 12,100 and the average ledger interval increased 1.6% to 3.92 seconds. Value-transfer measures were weaker: XRP burned as transaction fees dropped 32.4% to 189.2 XRP, while payment volume fell 17.8% to about 245.2 million XRP. XRP is consolidating a price breakout after rising from about $1.00 and briefly reaching about $1.70; it is now near $1.40, above its $1.35 long-term moving average. An RSI (momentum indicator) of about 73 signals strong momentum. Holding $1.35 to $1.40 would preserve the breakout structure, while a move above $1.50 could reopen a path toward the recent $1.70 peak.
