XRP spot ETFs led U.S. crypto fund flows on Tuesday, attracting $14.38 million, ahead of Ethereum at $10.95 million and Solana at $10.19 million. Bitcoin funds recorded $236.46 million in net outflows, overwhelming the $216.70 million in Monday inflows and turning the week negative despite three business days remaining. The shift followed the August 19 monetary pivot from the US Treasury Department and another investor reassessment after Fed Chair Kevin Warsh delivered a hawkish speech on Friday. XRP ETFs have recorded only two days with more outflows than inflows since July 2, with their last red day on August 5. The underlying token has not matched that fund performance: after rising from $1.00 to $1.70 in 72 hours in mid-August, XRP was rejected, fell through $1.40 earlier in the week and was trading below $1.35 after a 6% weekly decline. Analysts nevertheless remain confident that a broader bull phase is approaching, citing targets of $7 and beyond.
