Wix.com Ltd. faces a securities class action following a 27% share-price drop after the company announced its Q1 2026 results. The complaint alleges Wix made false or misleading statements about the competitiveness, performance and financial benefits of its AI offerings, Base44 and Harmony, while failing to disclose their development, sales and marketing costs. Non-GAAP sales and marketing expenses reached $190.7 million, up 88% year over year, while the non-GAAP operating margin fell from 21% to 5% and quarterly operating expenses rose 46%. The case, Yappi v. Wix.com Ltd., et al., seeks to represent investors who acquired Wix securities from February 19, 2025, through May 12, 2026. Hagens Berman says its investigation is continuing, with a lead plaintiff deadline of September 22, 2026.
