Arbitrum’s ARB token rose 23% over 24 hours and 61.6% from Monday, August 31, as open interest increased 30% and funding rates turned positive after briefly falling negative on September 2. Market participants increasingly favored long positions amid the rally. ARB’s market capitalization reached $904 million, its first move above $900 million since January. Arbitrum reported $6.2 million in income for the first half of the year, while Robinhood Chain activity helped drive the token higher. The chain recorded a new all-time high of $4.5 million in daily fee revenue, with 10% of those fees shared with the Arbitrum Foundation. On the ARB/USDT chart on TradingView, the token’s bullish daily structure extended from July into August. ARB moved from $0.072 to $0.109 two weeks ago before retracing toward $0.08, then rebounded as demand strengthened. The daily RSI (relative strength index, a momentum gauge) reached 80.05, its first move above 80 since May 10, 2025, while the Stochastic RSI approached a bearish crossover. Those signals indicate a possible correction from overextended conditions, although higher-timeframe momentum remains favorable to buyers and a deep correction does not appear likely. Traders are watching $0.108 and $0.115 as pullback levels, while a break above weekly resistance at $0.1495 followed by a retest near $0.150 could support another advance. A move below $0.108 would turn the short-term bias bearish.
