Rackspace Technology (NASDAQ: RXT) said Sept. 10, 2026, that it joined the NVIDIA Cloud Partner Program, expanding its ability to deliver and operate NVIDIA accelerated computing for regulated and sovereign enterprises. The partnership supports Rackspace’s Enterprise AI Cloud strategy by combining NVIDIA infrastructure with governed private and hybrid cloud, data and AI platforms, and managed operations. Rackspace says it will act as the accountable operator of complete production environments, helping customers retain control of data, models and AI-generated intelligence while addressing governance, sovereignty, security and uptime requirements. The company is applying the model through its Institutional Sovereign Pod, which is designed to combine NVIDIA Blackwell architecture with Palantir Foundry and AIP in an environment operated by Rackspace. Rackspace said the architecture will support the Sovereign AI supply chain solution announced by NVIDIA and Palantir, alongside forward-deployed engineering and managed operations. As an NVIDIA Cloud Partner, Rackspace will hold NCP competencies in Compute, Networking, Visualization and NVIDIA Enterprise Software. The company said the arrangement is intended to help customers move AI from deployment into production, maintain data control, operate AI as an integrated system and support private or hybrid deployments shaped by data-residency, governance, security and compliance requirements. Rackspace and NVIDIA described the partnership as part of the broader shift of AI from experimentation to continuously operated production infrastructure.
