POSCO E&C is remodeling Neutimaeul Complex 4 in Seongnam’s Jeongja-dong using horizontal expansion, vertical expansion and a separate new building. The 1994 complex will grow from 16 buildings and 1,006 units to 17 buildings and 1,149 units, while parking capacity will rise from 601 spaces to 1,966. The 143 newly added units will enter general sale starting on the 11th. The project is part of POSCO E&C’s broader remodeling business, which has accumulated about 14.3 trillion won ($10.3 billion) in orders across 46 projects and currently has seven sites under construction. Strong demand for the remodeled Neutimaeul Complex 3 has raised expectations that aging apartment districts in Jeongja-dong can regain the appeal of newer housing.
