Bitget will change the funding rate interval for the TUSDT perpetual futures contract from every four hours to every hour at 13:00 UTC on Sept. 14, 2026. Funding rates are periodic payments between traders that help keep perpetual futures prices aligned with spot markets. The maximum funding rate will be listed as +1.8750%/-1.8750% at the scheduled hourly times beginning at 13:00 UTC and continuing through the published schedule. Bitget said the adjustment could be rescheduled if market volatility or other factors require it, with a separate announcement to follow. The exchange also reserved the right to modify, amend or retract the notice at any time, for any reason, and at its sole discretion without prior notice. Traders were urged to review updated funding rates before placing orders and remain aware of trading risks.
