CoinShares reported $1.03 billion in digital asset inflows over the past week, with Bitcoin accounting for $790 million, or more than 76% of the total. Year-to-date inflows reached $188 billion, with flows tracked mainly through ETFs and other institutional-grade digital asset products. Bitcoin-focused vehicles remained the main destination for capital, including approximately $160 million in net inflows to spot Bitcoin ETFs on September 14 and nearly $986.9 million in inflows to U.S.-listed Bitcoin ETFs during the week ending September 4. Ethereum ETFs attracted $121 million on September 14, while Solana ETFs drew $11 million. The inflows came despite Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana trading lower over the previous 24 hours as of September 16. CoinGecko put Bitcoin dominance at 56.7% and its market capitalization at roughly $1.56 trillion. CoinShares said its weekly fund-flow reports and The Node digital magazine provide market analysis for institutional and retail investors. The data points to sustained institutional interest, although the divergence between fund flows and spot prices suggests positioning for longer-term gains rather than an immediate price catalyst. The next fund-flow release will help show whether institutional momentum continues or market conditions moderate demand.
